The Northeast Florida Regional Council reviews and comments
on the regional impact of the proposed DRI. In preparing
its report the Council reports recommendations and regional
issues based upon the criteria identified in Chapter 380.06
(12) F.S. The Council makes recommendations to the local
government on these regional issues, specifically considering
whether and to what extent impacts are to such topics as
regional resources, transportation, housing, State and regional
plans and policies. DRI
