The Northeast Florida Regional Council
will be assisting Putnam County in preparing the EAR. As
part of a two phase process to complete the EAR, Putnam
County has requested the Council to complete Phase I by
July, 2008.
Phase I
requires the completion of the following tasks:
Scoping Meeting
Development of the List of Major Issues
Data and Analysis of the Economic and Housing Elements of
the Comprehensive Plan
Phase II
of the EAR process includes assisting the County in the
preparation and completion of the EAR document for submittal
to the Department of Community Affairs (DCA) before the
EAR scheduled due date of November 1, 2009.
