The Northeast Florida Regional
Council has been contracted by St. Johns County to produce
the Evaluation and Appraisal Report (EAR). The Council
will address the following Elements of the Comprehensive
Plan in the EAR.
Land Use
Transportation
Housing
Capital Improvements
Conservation/Coastal Management
The other three elements
of the Comprehensive Plan are being addressed by St. Johns
County, these are:
Intergovernmental
Coordination
Open Space and Recreation
Infrastructure
